In other words: IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! Years ago, I was a guest at a wedding at the LAVINIA BIANCHI reception hall and I promised myself to return, no longer as a guest but as a protagonist, on the occasion of my wedding. On June 28, 2023 this promise was kept. Refined, elegant and well-kept location. Delicious and excellent quality food. Even today I receive compliments for the choice of the fantastic "piglet" served on the islands. Competent staff, well organised, available, patient... true professionals in the sector. All very impeccable and unforgettable. The only sore point, as far as I'm concerned, was the after party after cutting the cake. It lasted about an hour, at 10pm they turned off the music, the lights in the garden corridors and everyone was invited to leave the structure. I was aware of the time available, (as per the contract) I only expected a little flexibility and understanding since I would also like to make the most of that moment, in total carefreeness. Despite everything, I would certainly recommend Donna Lavinia. Beautiful room where you can celebrate the most beautiful moments of your life, weddings and all kinds of parties. Really friendly staff, always smiling, excellent food and excellent wine, always a waiter available to solve any problem. The estate is made up of two adjacent structures, a modern one that is large and beautiful, an ancient one that is more intimate but a real jewel... to try. As soon as we arrived in the room, 2 years ago, we were struck by the refinement and attention to detail. And on August 4, 2023 we realized our dream. Everything was perfect, from the very high quality food, the attention to detail and the great professionalism of the entire team. Refinement, elegance and courtesy. Special thanks go to the director Antonio Sinigallia, who patiently advised us despite the distance (we live in Switzerland), Sabino who followed us meticulously and without intrusiveness throughout the event, Mrs. Anna with her kindness and sweetness but in particular like Mrs. Titti the shepherd who with her extreme elegance, refinement and education manages this magical place. Thanks to all the Lavinia Bianchi staff for making our dream come true. We can say that it is the elite of weddings in Puglia.
